Together for '21 Fest in Columbia

August 6-8

Join us in Columbia to commemorate the Missouri Bicentennial with music, exhibitions, talks, film screenings, folk art demonstrations, food, and performances. Together for '21 Fest is organized by the State Historical Society of Missouri and the University of Missouri.

Bicentennial Bash in St. Charles

August 7

Commemorate the Missouri  Bicentennial in St. Charles at the First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site. Tour the historic rooms where statehood began, attend lectures, walk the stationary parade route and more. The event is organized by Missouri State Parks.


Statehood Day in Jefferson City

August 10

You are invited to Jefferson City for Statehood Day, including the formal recognition of the Missouri Bicentennial, reveal of the Missouri Bicentennial stamp, exhibits in the Capitol, a U.S. Naturalization Ceremony, and an ice cream social at Central Dairy. The event is organized by the Missouri Bicentennial Commission.


Missouri State Fair in Sedalia

August 12-22

In Sedalia, join us for Our Missouri Celebration at the 2021 Missouri State Fair. The Bicentennial is the theme this year with special exhibits to commemorate statehood, along with livestock shows, concerts, motorsport events, and more. The event is organized by Missouri State Fair.
